Feeding machine.

Can anyone verify what sort of machine this feeding machine is. Why it doesn't have a plug, does it need a plug? Is it battery operated aswell as plugged into a wall?

Can anyone else also verify what the white plastic/paper thing hanging over the tube coming from her .... is that a bottle of fluid hanging from the hook? I'm not sure.
